Testicular Pain:

Patient complains of sickening, colicky, aching pain over lower abdomen shooting into testicle as sharp pain intermittently. Testis might be tender to touch. Patient will be apprehensive and anxious because of inability to have satisfactory sexual function and associated psychological stress (frustration).

Prostatic Pain:

Prostate is an accessory gland of male reproductive system adding to bulk of seminal fluid. The lower abdominal pain referring to low back, hips, penis, perineum, anorectal region, urethra & urinary bladder. It will be of aching pain with patient feeling all the time as if he is sitting on a mass or lump. Patient might complain of pain during ejaculation.
